MA in Psychology with Emphasis in Quantitative Psychometrics

A minimum of 35 hours of graduate-level courses is required for the M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Quantitative Psychometrics. Students must complete 30 hours of advanced study at the University of Missouri to receive the degree. This means that a maximum of six hours of graduate coursework taken elsewhere can count toward the master’s degree. Such transfer of credit must be recommended by the student's advisor and approved by the director of graduate studies.

Applicants are required to meet two sets of minimum qualifications for admission: the requirements of the MA in Psychology program with an emphasis in Quantitative Psychometrics and the minimum requirements of the Office of Graduate Studies.  Because requirements vary, you must refer to a degree program’s graduate admission page to learn about specific admission criteria, application deadlines, eligibility and application process.  Before official admissions to the University of Missouri, your application materials will be reviewed by both the Office of Graduate Studies and the degree program to which you've applied.
