Graduate Certificate in Biostatistics
Biostatistics is essential to interpreting scientific data generated from public health research, epidemiology studies, biological experiments, clinical trials, and medical research. Students may earn either an undergraduate certificate or a graduate certificate in biostatistics, (but not both). The certificate serves to credential training in data analytic techniques specific to these areas, including computational techniques, clinical trials, study design, and data presentation and visualization. Graduates may seek employment as biostatisticians, data scientists, data analysts, and research analysts, among other professions.
