MS in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology
The Nutrition and Exercise Physiology MS program offers world-class training designed to prepare students for diverse and rewarding careers in the life sciences and health professions. The Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology offers two emphasis areas:
- Nutrition and Metabolism
- Exercise Physiology
Both emphasis areas are available with thesis and nonthesis options, allowing students to tailor their education to their career aspirations.

Nonthesis Options
- The Nutrition and Metabolism nonthesis option is ideal for students seeking a rigorous post-baccalaureate experience in preparation for professional programs such as medical, dental, or other health-related schools.
- The Exercise Physiology nonthesis option is designed for students who want to strengthen their professional skills in applied exercise physiology. This option includes a required internship to provide real-world experience.
Thesis Options
